Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at iletisim@ores.com.tr. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
